Scope Of Work
Magnum Contracting developed a design concept based on the needs of the client, Acorn Tree Care. Magnum put together a preliminary budget based on the scope of work and adjusted the facility to be able to expand for potential future buildings on the site. Proposals were reviewed from 4 architectural firms. Magnum elected to hire Riddle Architecture, P.C. to provide a complete set of permit drawings for Forsyth County. This project was a Complete Design /Permit/ Build Project. Magnum designed, permitted and built this entire facility in 7 months.
