Addison Woods is a new residential community in which Magnum cleared 18 acres, demoed existing utilities and structures, cut and filled 150,000cy of material, moved 50,000cy of mass rock, and installed a total of 10,000 lf of underground storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and domestic water lines.
