Scope Of Work

The project consisted of clearing, grading, erosion control, landscaping, sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, veterans memorial area, handrails, fencing and complete construction of a 7,500 square foot heavy timber pavilion and a 1,900 square foot masonry restroom building. Magnum General Contracting was the prime General Contractor for this entire project. The estimated schedule for this project was 365 days and Magnum completed this project in 120 days.

Magnum exceeded the expectations of  The City of Dawsonville and delivered an exceptional project while providing cost savings to the owner. Magnum worked directly with Davis Engineering and solved various challenges that arose on the project. Magnum managed quality subcontractors and was able to complete a final punch list 3 days after walking the project with the owners representative.
