Scope Of Work

The first project took place in 2013 and involved a first-floor buildout for Undisclosed Corporate Client regional offices in Dallas. A second project began shortly thereafter an additional 1.5 floor buildout at the same property.

The success of this project was contingent upon meeting all deadlines an objective that can become complicated with a large, multi-tenant facility. Noise had to be kept to a minimum whenever possible, and because the 361,524 square foot tower is located in a highly dense urban area, the contractors had to be mindful of entry and exit.

Abstract Construction was charged with realizing the client’s vision for a minimalist, modern design, and that the work was consistent across locations.The team managed the project from start to finish, supervising all subcontractors to guarantee that each daily task was completed to the upmost professional standards. Abstract Construction ensured that every step of each project aligned with Undisclosed Corporate Client’s objectives, and was consistently completed in a cost-efficient manner.

Abstract Construction successfully realized Undisclosed Corporate Client’s vision for each buildout. From ensuring that the “Undisclosed Corporate Client blue” walls were painted property to overseeing the construction of each breakroom and boardroom, the client’s expectations were met to the highest degree. Each buildout was completed on time and on budget, and as a result, Undisclosed Corporate Client continues to engage Abstract Construction, solidifying the partnership and long-term track record for success.
