Scope Of Work
Broaddus Construction has operated as the Construction Manager for 10 new Emler Swim Center locations in the Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin areas. Like all Emler facilities, these locations were constructed to provide the perfect combination of warm water, effective instruction, efficient management of student traffic, and comfortable parent viewing. The locations include cutting-edge air filtration systems that continuously expel stale air and replace it with fresh air, along with dehumidifiers that create a safe respiratory environment for everyone.
