Scope Of Work
Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. (FEI) is the largest wholesale plumbing supplier in the US. Since the late 90’s, Broaddus has served as design-builder to deliver multiple distribution centers for FEI across the country. Six new distribution centers totaling over 2.5 million sf have been constructed in Front Royal, Virginia; McGregor, Texas; Fort Payne, Alabama; Richland, Washington, Stockton, California, and Frostproof, Florida. Each facility has high tolerance floor slabs, ESFR sprinkler systems, and were delivered on a fast-track schedule.
