Scope Of Work
In August 2015 the University of Texas System Board of Regents approved an agreement to host the Dallas Wings WNBA team at the UT Arlington campus. However, the existing College Park Center lacked proper facilities to meet the standards of a professional WNBA team. Broaddus has been engaged in a multi-year Job Order Contract with UT Arlington, and it served as a perfect vehicle to implement multiple upgrades in time for the 2016 season. Renovations included a new locker room, showers, and training room.
