Scope Of Work
Collin Creek Community Church’s Family Life Center was an addition to the original church. The focal point of the project was the multipurpose gymnasium / auditorium that included a stage, theatrical lighting, and audio/visual equipment for worship services. The building also included a "Cafe" gathering area, adult classrooms, and an exciting youth area on the second floor. The church chose IDEA for this negotiated CM at Risk project after we successfully added two wings to an assisted living facility the church operates on an adjacent property.
