Scope Of Work
This high-profile project garnered the attention of both local and state entities, including the office of Texas State Governor, when Tyler won the bid to bring Centene to East Texas and add 300 + new jobs to the area economy. The project officially broke ground in November of 2013, and opened for business December of 2014.
Project scope includes a 50,000 sq ft three-story building with offices, classrooms, full-service cafeteria and conference room. In addition, there is an onsite free-standing, 6,000 sq ft Child Development Center for employee children
