The New Middle School will replace the district's oldest building which was constructed in 1932. The 110,825 sq ft New Middle School serves grades 6 - 8 and has a 450 student capacity. Features include classrooms, computer labs, science labs, Fine Arts spaces, library, cafetorium, administrative offices, gymnasium and practice gymnasium. Final cost $20,290,000.
Weldon Intermediate School underwent more than $9,000,000 in renovations and additions to include additional classrooms and restrooms to accommodate the addition of Grades 2 and 3. In addition, security and additional support space and parking were addressed.
The High School Athletic Improvements will included a newly surfaced track, new home side stadium seating, ADA parking improvements and various other upgrades and repairs. In addition, there are plans to add 30 ft of concrete and seating to both ends of the current visitor side. $1,700,000
