Scope Of Work
Burger King Restaurants, and their regional franchisees have provided in excess of $4,000,000 in construction projects for Simmons Construction, Inc. in the past four years.
Burger King projects have been constructed in nine (9) Texas cities for three franchisees. Five (5) more Burger King restaurant locations are on the drawing board. Restaurant sites that are being considered are brought to Simmons Construction, Inc.' design team and each site is analyzed and computer site plans are generated for analysis by the franchisee. Once a site is selected, estimators go to work to develop all cost information to be able to give accurate and precise cost information to the Owner.
Once a site has been selected by the franchisee, and the turnkey price has been agreed upon, Simmons Construction, Inc. develops a full set of plans and specifications for the project and proceeds with the construction.
Average construction schedules allow approximately 83 calendar days to substantial completion for a normal Burger King site.
