Scope Of Work
Channel 2 had a 3,800 square foot studio where the concrete had a moisture vapor transmission problem. Panther recommended a urethane concrete topping with epoxy and urethane top coats that solved the moisture issues and allowed the television camera to move over the smooth floor.
