Planet Fitness Midwest LLC is one of the fastest growing national franchises associated with the Planet Fitness brand. Oswald has partnered with Planet Fitness to construct facilities in:
Western Hills, OH
Florence, KY
Lexington, KY
Ft. Wright, KY
Fairfield, OH
Each facility is designed to house 120 pieces of cardio equipment, spa-inspired changing and locker areas, tanning areas, an indoor track and extensive training space. The 31,000 SF Lexington complex served as the prototype for the two additional locations in Ft. Wright, KY and Fairfield, OH. These facilities feature two levels, energy efficient LED lighting, and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
