Bob Wassler's Bio
As Oswald Company President, Bob Wassler is the operations guy who loves the construction industry. He is responsible for the daily operations of the organization, ensuring all phases of the project meet our client’s expectations. His expertise spans across project management, preconstruction services, estimating and scheduling of projects. Bob has managed office, industrial, healthcare, retail and institutional projects since beginning his construction career in 1976. Prior to joining the Oswald Company, Bob held leadership roles at Schumacher Dugan and Messer Construction. In addition to his executive experience, Bob has held leadership positions in industry associations, including Allied Construction Industries, Associated General Contractors, the American Institute of Constructors, Boy Scouts of America Dan Beard Council and the Cincinnati Eye Institute Foundation.
Charlie Pond's Bio
As Vice President of Development, Charlie Pond is the company rainmaker. Since starting his career as an architectural CAD draftsman, Charlie has had the opportunity to work in just about every facet of the development and construction industry. From site selection to due diligence, feasibility analyses, client representation, design value engineering, bidding and construction phases – he’s done it all.
Charlie has managed the development and redevelopment of more than $200 million of land and building value, along with more than $25 million of LEED certified projects. Because of his diverse background working in a variety of architecture, construction and development firms, he brings a big picture view to any project, helping clients make development and construction decisions with the lifecycle of the building in mind.
Charlie is the 2017 President of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Chapter, and member of Urban Land Institute Cincinnati.
Ken Oswald's Bio
The Oswald Company is the creation of Ken Oswald. Ken started the company in 1991, leveraging his experience from leadership positions in construction and development firms. As CEO, he is an idea guy focused on strategic expansion opportunities and community engagement.
Ken began his development and construction career in 1973, moving quickly through the ranks of area construction companies, developing a solid foundation in sales, marketing, preconstruction and construction services. His experience was further broadened in the development arena while at Tipton Associates, where he developed close to $300 million of commercial properties.
Ken is active in the community, serving on boards for the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company and the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Board.
Kevin Mire's Bio
With almost 20 years of commercial office experience, Kevin brings an extensive background in business development, preconstruction, and project management. He specializes in meeting the needs of corporate and c-suite office development and tenant improvement projects.
Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys experiencing local art, music, food, and beer, and his involvement as board member for March of Dimes and REDI.
Earning a BA in Geology from Miami University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Kevin is also LEED AP and OSHA Training certified.

Todd Haidet's Bio
In 2003, Todd Haidet joined our team as Controller and now serves as Vice President of Administration. He is responsible for human resources, internal technology and the accounting department – he’s our go-to numbers guy. His goal is to ensure that administrative processes operate smoothly, so the construction team can devote their complete attention to the clients.
Todd started his career and love of numbers in 1984 working as a team leader for financial audits at Arthur Young, a national accounting firm. Over the years Todd has worked for various companies, including GE Aircraft Engines, Schumacher Dugan Construction and McGraw/Kokosing. He has utilized his diverse background to become an integral part of our leadership team. He is actively involved in Allied Construction Industries (ACI) Safety Roundtable.

Nick Crews's Bio
Nick Crews, Senior Project Manager, started his journey with the Oswald Company as a co-op while attending the University of Cincinnati, and officially joined the team in 2003 shortly after receiving his B.S. in Construction Management. Nick has had the unique opportunity of growing with the company, and uses his experience to shape the future of the company as a key member of the executive leadership team.
Nick is a quintessential construction project manager, who approaches every project with a smile. As the client’s primary point of contact, Nick utilizes his wealth of experience to build and maintain solid relationships, oversee project schedules, keep projects within budget and address issues that may arise. He believes proper communication is the key to success in any job, and feels his written, verbal and technical skills help him achieve this on every project. He is actively involved with CREW, Urban Land Institute and the Architectural Foundation of Cincinnati.
Wayne Mcmillian's Bio
As the Director of Operations, Wayne is responsible for the daily operations of the organization, ensuring that all projects, schedules, and day-to-day procedures are exceeding expectations. With over 16 years of experience as a Project Manager and Estimator, Wayne provides an extensive background in condominium and multifamily construction. Wayne is a detail-oriented team player that is success driven and solutions centered. Maintaining a safety focused approach, Wayne leads teams to achieve projects on-time, on-budget, and help to the highest standards.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Wayne contributes to his community through active involvement in the non-profit Heroin Kills Dreams, an organization that raises funds to support local drug rehabilitation and transitional living programs. Along with his wife, Wayne rallies support and builds a large team for the NKY Hate Heroin 5K, raising over $40,000.

Tammy Riddle's Bio
Joining the Oswald team in July 2019, Tammy’s passion for working with business owners will be crucial in her role as Vice President of Commercial Growth and Development. In her previous role as Senior Manager of Business Development and then Investor Relations Director from REDI Cincinnati, Tammy worked projects in finance, IT, and international business development, helping employers like Festo, Paycor, 84.51, MadTree Brewing, Frutarom, and CDK Global expand in Greater Cincinnati. Prior to REDI Cincinnati, Tammy was the economic development director for the City of Sharonville, leading business recruitment and expansion initiatives, and procuring incentives and funding for community and economic development projects.
A native of Cincinnati, Tammy earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Tammy uses her deep understanding of the culture and community of Cincinnati as she builds authentic relationships with clients. Her unique skills and experience will propel Oswald to future developments in greater Cincinnati and beyond.

Lake Tahoe is Tammy’s favorite travel destination. She and her husband even biked around the entire lake to support JDRF and celebrate their anniversary.

Waiting tables at a local diner taught Tammy numerous crucial skills, including learning to observe, listen, read people, deliver exceptional service, and multitask and improvise in a fast-paced environment.

Sara Jones's Bio
As Senior VP of Accounting and Risk Management, Sara protects the assets and financial viability of Oswald, as well as implements processes and procedures to manage risk exposure. Sara refines and improves cost control and budgeting processes, and works to improve forecasting and future development opportunities. Along with other members of the leadership team, Sara collaborates to create a detailed roadmap that aligns the day-to-day requirements of the company with the greater Oswald strategy.
With a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA, Jones’ skill and expertise are influential in the future development of the Oswald Company. Her previous 15 years in the construction industry include work as a controller and office manager. Sara holds certifications as a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, Certified in Strategic and Competitive Analysis, as well as being a WE Lead Class 7 Graduate. Jones resides in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky with husband and her three children.
