Scope Of Work
- The Horseshoe Casino features “The Spread,” a 250 ft. buffet, which includes a large production kitchen, five service bars, three public bars, and a liquor pump room.
- The dining area seats 400 customers, serves seven different styles of food, and is supported by an 8,000 sq. ft. kitchen.
- TriMark SS Kemp also installed and coordinated the commercial kitchen equipment for Jack Binion’s Steakhouse, “The Rock” Bar and Lounge, Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, as well as a catering kitchen.
