Scope Of Work
A 27,850 sq.-ft. performing arts center with a prominent main stage, a black box theater, practice rooms, ticket booth and state-of-the-art audio, visual and theatrical equipment. The main theater has three levels of seating for 450 people. The practice rooms have instrument storage lockers made specifically for the various types of instruments. The main theater is equipped with catwalks that provide professional lighting and spotlighting features. The theater also contains a 25-foot-wide video screen. The site around the facility was improved with lighting, site concrete, landscaping and basketball court improvements.
