Scope Of Work
The Bauchet Street Storage & Facilities Maintenance project included the design-build of a two-story, 62,398 sq.-ft. pre-engineered metal building. Additionally, the project included a 120,000 sq.-ft., three-level, cast-in-place concrete parking structure with capacity to house 413 vehicles. The building also includes a 9,450 sq.-ft., two-level administrative area, 27,000 sq.-ft. storage area and 25,948 sq.-ft. sign shop along with an outside loading dock area. The site consists of an asphalt and concrete paved parking lot, landscape and hardscape areas, site lighting, wrought iron fencing and gates, striping, and signage.
