Scope Of Work
This LEED Gold project included a two-story maintenance building consisting of vehicular maintenance facilities, offices, and meeting room facilities. Also included were two one-story canopies for exterior storage and vehicle wash/fuel stations.
The work comprised of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunication, fueling, landscape, and civil scope. Major building components were cast-in-place and tilt-up concrete, structural steel framing, waterproofing and roofing, exterior glazing and aluminum cladding systems, photovoltaic panels, and vehicle maintenance equipment. This project was created in order to replace the old Maintenance Facility which is currently in the footprint of the new Gerald Desmond Bridge.
