Scope Of Work

Brevard Field of Dreams is an all-access sports park dedicated to children and young adults with special needs. The 5-acre park will include complete demolition of current park equipment and pond relocation. Park features will include fully shaded rubberized playing surfaces for baseball, soccer and basketball; 8900 SF of shaded playground space includes specially designed equipment and a 2500 SF concession stand will complete the park. Additional flex space will be set aside for play space, ceremonies and performance. All facilities are designed to accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility equipment. The large parking areas will include a total of 78 accessible spaces.
