Scope Of Work
On September 9, 2020 the City of Indian Harbor Beach approved the selection committee’s recommendation to contract with W+J Construction to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the construction of all site and building improvements for a new 13,000-square foot police headquarters and a stand-alone storage building, approximately 900-square feet on South Patrick Drive. The construction is anticipated to begin in late 2020 and has an 11-month schedule for completion. Special emphasis shall be on energy conservation criteria, with a design and construction goal to qualify for a GREEN BUILDING Certification.
