Scope Of Work
Indian River County Courthouse Renovation was awarded to W+J as low bidder. The courthouse project includes renovation to the first and second floor of the existing courthouse. The law library on the first floor will be renovated to house probate/juvenile offices that are currently on the second floor. Once they relocate, those offices will be renovated into a new courtroom. The courthouse remains open during the renovation requiring us to work around scheduled court-in-session as well as at night.
