Scope Of Work
St. John the Evangelist Parish Center is the first building of a master-planned campus for the Catholic Diocese of Orlando in Viera, Florida. The 31,000 square foot center was completed in 18 months and has a daily chapel, an administration wing, classrooms and meeting rooms.
The structural-steel-framed building has a masonry and stucco exterior with a concrete tile roof. The building’s distinctive steeple is unique in that it rises two stories as an adjoining singular structure. The center also features stained-glass windows and a high-end sound system.
