Scope Of Work
Wehr Constructors served as Construction Manager on the campus expansion and renovation project at St. James Catholic Church. The 63,000 sq. ft. school included a Library, Media Center, Gymnasium, Cafeteria, Administration Wing and two story education wing. This school utilizes a 150-well geothermal system and a high energy efficient lighting system that promotes sustainable energy usage. This new facility was constructed to accomodate an influx of new students.
