Scope Of Work

Wehr Constructors served as Construction Manager on the campus expansion and renovation project at St. Michael Catholic Church. This 35,000 square foot project included a new sanctuary, parish offices, community room, parlor, lobby, choir practice room, nursery and other flexible meeting space. Wehr Constructors also completed a re-configuration of campus parking and utilities while maintaining continuous access to the facilities, school, gymnasium and former church. After opening of the new church, Wehr Constructors renovated the existing church offices into six middle school classrooms for the school building. This 10,000 sq. ft. renovation was completed over the summer break and was ready in time for the first day of school.
