Scope Of Work
Located in an industrial area of Norcross, GA, Corners North is comprised of four storage buildings and an office/manager's apartment building, totaling 79,000 SF. While two of the storage buildings are single story structures divided into conventional storage units, the other two buildings are two and three story, climate controlled buildings with interior hallway systems accessing the interior units. Challenges on this tight site included working around an underground utility easement and a wet weather spring.
