Scope Of Work
Phase 1 was a 295,193-square-foot, 890-space parking deck designed for future hospital expansion and medical office building parking demands.
Parking deck features include higher floor-to-floor heights, passive design, visual openness along with enhanced pedestrian wayfinding and vehicular directional graphics to create a welcoming visitor and patient parking experience..
Phase 2 included a five-level, 191,500-square-foot, 610-space parking deck expansion.
