Scope Of Work

One East Delaware, a luxury apartment complex, included the renovation of the lobby, amenities oor, tness center and exterior patio. The amenity oor features a business center, recreational area with a pool table, custom-made booth seating, and a large entertaining kitchen. This apartment complex was occupied throughout the multi-phased construction process. ICG had to ensure all residents were not only informed on the construction process, but kept safe when going through the lobby and areas of construction.
