Scope Of Work

This adaptive reuse project transformed a previous retail space into a medical clinic to provide primary care for adults on Medicare. The project started in December 2020 and the first patients were welcomed in March 2021. The finished space includes a community lounge, reception space, doctors’ offices, a training room, restrooms and clinical area that includes care team stations and exam rooms. Skender also provided consultative services, including multiple site surveys for location analysis and site selection; weekly reporting of progress with 360-degree cameras and video updates for owner access while remote; and state-of-the-art environmental tracking of conditions throughout construction.
