IMPACT Strategies  architect Gray Design teamed up to create an innovative, new  for Chestnut  Systems.  design-build  was given  challenge to renovate two existing buildings  tie together both the aesthetics  functionality   properties, all  while enabling   to maintain daily .   met  challenge head-on  achieved exactly what   envisioned.

 new  doubled  current space with expanded administration and   offices, an adult chemical dependency , mental  crisis unit,  intervention  outpatient care  lines.
