Commercial Team Construction

Commercial Team Construction LLC was founded in 2003 as Joel Fritz wanted to bring his education, life experiences and “Nucor” philosophy to the construction industry. He chose the name carefully using the word “Team” because it is the “employees”, the “subcontractors” and the joint venture with the “owners” that make the “Team”.

When Joel opened his company in 2003, he employed one office and one field employee. Joel wanted to create a design build construction firm that would provide turnkey construction for small business owners and corporations. This would give him the ability to apply his architectural and engineering skills learned in college and his knowledge from the construction industry to design some of the most economical and creative solutions for his clients. Today, Joel employs five office employees along with twenty-six field employees.

The employees of Commercial Team Construction are a team. They all share in the daily responsibilities of meeting the client’s needs. From the start, Joel and his staff gather the information from each client, think outside the box to discover ways that could benefit each client and form the best solutions for each project. They know that their customers are always right. CTC employees are known for going above and beyond the client’s expectations to ensure that their project is completed on time and all of their construction needs are met. They are a vital part of getting repeat business.
Joel believes that his employees are the best thing about Commercial Team Construction and he strives to improve their lives by providing them with a workplace in which they can grow, learn and strengthen his Team.
