Scope Of Work
The Haven at the Gulch project is positioned on a very tight, 2-acre site between an existing building, railroad, and bridged highway located in the Gulch area in Nashville, TN. This new, multifamily development will span 11 stories and 428,000 SF.
The project will include three levels of post-tensioned concrete parking with the lowest level built below grade. Eight stories of multifamily — including 299 units — will be constructed above and will utilize the proprietary Prescient building frame system.
Project amenities will include a large interior courtyard with an infinity edge pool built atop the parking garage. A large curtain wall will allow natural light to filter into the community amenity space.
The project is scheduled to complete in 2022.
