Scope Of Work
This project is a private, off-campus, 371,376-SF student housing complex that will consist of a new, 5-story wood framed structure subdivided into two separate buildings by firewalls. The complex will include 271 dwelling units and approximately 6,000 SF of leasing and amenity area including a pool and additional outdoor amenities in the two courtyards. The scope also includes the construction of a new, 6-level, 180,824-SF precast concrete parking structure along with all demolition of existing buildings and pavement on the property.
