Scope Of Work
The Kens Foods’ project was a design-build, 64,000 square ft. warehouse/distribution expansion to accommodate the addition of a new consumer bottling production line. Of fully insulated concrete tilt-up construction, the roof is steel girders/joists with a metal deck and EPDM membrane. The roof insulation is 8” Polyisocynurate board.
R&O’s employees worked off hours to accommodate Kens Foods existing production, and alleviated any interuption of daily production. The project was turned over to the owner almost four weeks ahead of schedule.
