Scope Of Work

R&O Construction built this 15,000 square foot, $2 million community health center of brick and stucco exterior and wood frame construction. The facility drastically increased the center’s capacity to better meet the needs of the uninsured and underserved residents of northern Utah. The facility now has its own pharmacy, radiology department, meeting rooms and a large reception area.

R&O completed a tenant finish on an additional pediatric Midtown Clinic in Washington Terrace, Utah.
