Scope Of Work
Touro University Nevada is a school of nearly 1,500 students, focused on the health sciences and education. The expansion doubled the size of the existing Michael T. Harter Active Aging Center.
R&O performed demolition, expansion and tenant improvement, building a 15,000 sf center that serves up to 3,000 aging patients monthly.
The clinic features traditional medical care spaces for physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, podiatry and social work, but also includes an areas social and educational programming for seniors.
