The VP of Construction creates and maintains construction scheduling, manages resources and risks, and maintains professionalism in business and project management. Responsibilities include commercial construction projects, sub-contractor solicitation, resource management, quality control, progress meetings, scheduling, problem solving, subordinate evaluations, and material submittal reviews.
