Scope Of Work
To improve upon their fresh food offerings, United Dairy Farmers (UDF) strategically decided to build a new 27,800 SF production facility where they will make their signature line of square donuts. The production facility was converted from an office building into a bakery production line that included insulated metal panels (IMP) for an ambient temperature production area, a 40-degree cooler, and a sub-zero freezer. Support areas including offices, washroom, and distribution areas were also put in place.
