Chris tracks Construction One’s financial data to plan the best course of action for the company’s well-balanced financial future. He set up the financial software necessary to help transition the company’s focus from self-performing to construction management work, a change which has allowed for better communication and transparency among staff and clients. His passion for helping grow the company through effective financial strategies & principles is reflected in the last six years of the company’s rapid growth. Chris, his twin brother, John, and brother-in-law Curt are the third generation leaders in the family business.

Outside of work, Chris has an active lifestyle, filled with races, rec-sports, concerts and travel. He recently bought his first home in Grandview Heights, Ohio, and enjoys home improvement projects, along with exploring new places & things to do within his community.

Bill is Construction One’s problem-solver, advocate, relationship builder and trusted advisor. His open-door, constructive management style is reflected in the company’s great success. Bill has worked in every facet of the family-owned business and propelled its growth, along with his parents and brothers, from a central Ohio startup in the early 80s to a national multi-million dollar company. His 40 years of experience leading a family business in an industry with drastic ups and downs has shaped him into a well-respected, seasoned and successful national leader in the construction industry.

As you might guess, Bill is a family man. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and nine grandchildren. You may also catch Bill working out at the gym, fishing or hunting on his hunting reserve in the heart of Ohio’s Amish Country.

As our operations supervisor, Andy works to train and inspire Construction One’s project
leads to deliver superior results and exceed expectations during every step of the
project.
His passion for the industry is based in the people. Working alongside new customers
and business partners to create spaces that every person can see, experience and enjoy
is what he appreciates most!
Andy has two loves of his life: his wife, Kaylinn, and his dog Libby (a Rhodesian
Ridgeback). He enjoys cooking and traveling with his wife, including frequent trips to his
family ranch in Montana.

Brandon ensures every project runs smoothly from the start as our preconstruction
manager. His formula for success includes accountability to all project participants
through excellent communication and supportive teamwork.
Brandon’s passion for construction started at the young age of three when he “helped”
his grandparents build their deck. He was persistent in following the carpentry crew
around picking up tools until they let him participate. As they say, the rest is history.
Brandon lives on an Ohio farm with his wife and two daughters, plus a husky and cat. His
ongoing, at-home project is renovating the 100-year-old farmhouse and barn. He enjoys
biking, hiking and traveling with family and friends.

Education: The Ohio State University-Bachelors of Science in Agriculture, Major in
Construction Systems Management and Minor in City and Regional Planning

Curt supervises day-to-day operations in the office and oversees management of the company’s projects nationwide. He began working with Construction One as a laborer in college and has over 16 years of experience in both residential and commercial projects. Today he leads and motivates Construction One’s team of expert estimators, project managers and superintendents. After helping to expand Construction One’s project work to Alaska he has focused on project experience improvements and developing new opportunities for Construction One.

With several years of construction experience for different contractors in college it was an easy transition into the office of the family business when he married Bill’s daughter Jennifer. Curt and Jennifer have four boys ranging in age from 1 to 9. He spends his free time hunting and gardening and enjoys family camping trips and fishing at Lake Erie.

Curt, along with his brother-in-laws, John and Chris, make up the third generation of leaders in the family business.

John serves as our information and communications technology expert. One of his most impactful projects has been to perform a complete overhaul of our older communications tools and systems, streamlining communication among Construction One’s employees, clients and various projects.

John stays up-to-date on the newest technologies and seeks out the latest apps, hardware and software that will improve the lives of our staff and clients. His passion for staying on the front end of technology continues to improve our company’s client relationships and bottom line.

John enjoys travel, concerts and spending time with his wife and son’s outside of work. One of his favorite personal projects has been renovating his home in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

John, his twin brother, Chris, and brother-in-law Curt are the third-generation leaders in the family business.

Affiliations and Certifications

Cash brings a background of intense leadership from his time serving in the U.S. Navy to
improve our Construction One team dynamics and customer relationships. He also
brings over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate developing partnerships
and seeing projects through to completion.

He was initially driven to the industry to take on a new challenge and has been
stimulated by projects where he can guide our team to overcome and adapt to obstacles
during each project phase. His favorite project was working through the difficult design
changes of a Joann Fabrics and Crafts retail store in California.

Cash has several hobbies outside of work, including golf, travel, coaching youth sports
and spending time with his wife and four children. Cash is also the only person on our
team who can say he has driven a submarine with wheels along the bottom of the ocean.

Don leads process and organizational improvements at Construction One as our trusted consulting partner. He works closely with our leadership team to effectively meet strategic goals and build new business opportunities.

Don appreciates the creativity in construction due to the ever-changing designs and materials found in the marketplace. Success to Don is seeing profitable growth for our company and our clients.

Don’s office nickname is Scrappy! His active lifestyle includes playing ice hockey, golf and international travel. A major item on Don’s bucket list is to complete martial arts training with a master in Asia. He has two wonderful grown children.
