Scope Of Work
This Historic Preservation Project required following specific guidelines in order to preserve the building’s historic value. Historic building components were reused and existing walls re-plastered to give the structure the same aesthetic appeal as its original. Other issues regarding bringing the building up to code were tackled with creative solutions that lead to a one-of-a kind finished product.
