Our Story

Seeing a need for an all encompassing turnkey experienced construction manager to provide a high level of professionalism, integrity, expertise, all with a sense of urgency CCG was established. A full service construction management company on a national basis with offices in the Northeast/ England and the Mid-Atlantic Region to administer our clients needs as we provide complete Program management, Construction management, Design Build, General Contracting and Development management services. These services are all encompassing and would include due diligence, systems analysis, life cycle studies, feasibility reviews, planning, design management, full scale preconstruction, estimating, cost analysis, contract negotiation, project management, procurement services, logistics management, franchise coordination and leasing negotiation, FF&E OS&E purchase, coordination and installation.

Our founder, Brian M. Byrnes, a twenty-three year veteran of the industry learning the profession from the best having worked for some of the premier ENR ranked construction firms, Design Builders and Developers in the US throughout his career and now has over $2B worth of constructed projects to his credit which equates to over 5M square feet of construction.

At CCG, we like to think our name is synonymous with Quality Construction as we take great strides to insure a high level of quality is implemented on all our projects. It is our philosophy to have it done right in the first place utilizing the motto “Done is Done” to avoid costly disruptions, delays and the dreaded go-backs into finished areas. Each project has a customized Quality Control Plan and we conduct regular on site quality inspections of work in place as well as material inspections upon delivery to the site. Preliminary punch lists are distributed and approved prior to any Ownership inspections.

As a Master Builder, we strive for excellence and continually look for ways to improve our expertise and position in the industry. It is imperative and important to us at CCG that we be innovative, agile and creative with our thinking to forge ideas and methods. We must always remain flexible and institute alternative project delivery systems since not all projects fit a single approach. We collaborate as a team and work on several models in order to select the method best suited to your goals since we view ourselves as an extension of your organization.

We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to provide quality projects and outstanding customer service. This also includes having long term relationships with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers and consultants. At CCG, we understand the competitive nature of our business and that our future depends on our performance which is why we have assembled a highly skilled on call staff with combined experience of over 100-years. These are proven individuals with excellent track records who are willing to make a total commitment and total contribution to the success of your project.

CCG is in tune with the latest building trends in Green Buildings and Sustain ability. The need for buildings that will quality for leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification or that are environmentally friendly has grown tremendously in the last few years. Our educated staff is fully aware of all the qualifying features from their previous experience on several award winning Silver LEED Certified Projects. With most projects having some sort of LEED initiative the cost impact has been minimized and the benefits of environmentally friendly projects include reduced capital, operating and maintenance costs, a healthier work environment, conservation of our natural resources and an increase in environmental awareness, all of which enhances the work environment.
