Scope Of Work

The project, which spanned 15 months, consists of a ground-up, 38,000-square-foot building. The new residential facility for Florence Crittenton includes 24 private and eight semi-private rooms, as well as a kitchen, dining hall, fitness center, chapel, multiple lounges, classrooms and offices.

Florence Crittenton Services is a nonprofit organization that offers pregnant adolescent girls and women safe housing, and prenatal care through delivery of their baby, along with a continuum of care, focused on counseling, health care, and vocational and educational services. The agency was established in Charlotte in 1903.
