Scope Of Work
Two-level addition and a four-level renovation completed in a complex series of 70+ phases, each taking approximately six-weeks
The project transformed a well-known Belk location into the company’s flagship store, clearly setting the bar for all other department stores located at the regionally recognized SouthPark Mall
Completed in 2002, it is the fifth project Rodgers has completed for Belk Stores since the mid-1980s
