Scope Of Work
Construction management of a two-story Culinary Arts Center built parallel to the John Belk Plaza portion of the Little Sugar Creek Greenway
Exterior includes retaining walls, landscape and hardscape areas, an extensive herb garden, rain garden (bio-retention area), plus a 30,000-gallon rainwater underground cistern for irrigation
Curriculum-focused classrooms, four full-size commercial kitchens, an auditorium classroom with cooking station, plus executive and main dining rooms with views of Uptown Charlotte
A fountain dedicated to B. D. Rodgers, chairman and founder of Rodgers Builders Inc., stands at the entrance to the Center
