Scope Of Work
Triune was chosen to perform the interior design and finish out of these “boutique spas” in the Dallas-Ft Worth area. Although the protocol was for common tilt wall/retail ground-up construction, Triune successfully raised the bar in the finish out by incorporating dazzling wall coverings and upgrading the crown moldings, millwork, custom window treatments and floor coverings. This gave the customer the unique look they sought while keeping the budget close to their “off the shelf” finish out allowances.
