Bob Anderson's Bio
Bob Anderson joined the Stylecraft team in 1998 as the company's Construction Manager. Before coming to Stylecraft, he had twelve years of experience managing commercial construction with a major company in Dallas, TX. Bob has been an integral part of growing and developing Stylecraft from building around 100 homes a year to over 600. Bob is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Building Construction. He loves to spend time outdoors, is an avid tennis player, and attends Christ United Methodist Church. He and his wife Stephanie are parents to five children, three boys and two girls. Bob's ability to work with various trades and build relationships has enabled him to create a strong construction department that is knowledgeable, dependable, and effective.
Doug French's Bio
Doug French, Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Stylecraft, chose to make a career in his family business after earning a Master's in Business Administration from Baylor University with honors, and previously earning his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M Magna Cum Laude. Doug's passion for equipping and developing strong employees has helped continue to define Stylecraft's reputation as a company dedicated to integrity and quality. In addition to his leadership at Stylecraft, Doug is dedicated to community involvement. He is a past Board Chair for United Way, the acting Board Chair for SOS Ministries, a board member of the Blinn College Advisory Committee, a member of the Advisory Council for Bush School Center for Nonprofits and Philanthropy, and a member of Declaration Church, as well as serving in other volunteer positions. He and his wife Kara enjoy traveling, watching Aggie sports, and spending time with their daughter and son.
Jason Williams's Bio
Jason Williams joined Stylecraft as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2018. In this role Jason is responsible for company’s finance function including accounting,financial planning & analysis, information technology, as well as human resources. Prior to joining Stylecraft, Jason spent 20 years in the financial services and real estate industry holding Vice President and Controller roles while leading finance and accounting teams in banking,construction, title & insurance, mortgage, and residential brokerage. Jason is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a business degree in finance. He also holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Joy, and their three boys, attending Aggie football games, watching his children participate in all their sporting and band activities, and going to the beach.
Randy French's Bio
Randy French is the Founder of Stylecraft. He founded the company in 1982 because of his passion for real estate and a desire to help people. He loves helping people realize the dream of owning a brand-new quality home at a great value. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business. Randy's involvement in the community is extensive, including serving on numerous boards such as Scotty's House, Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce, Bryan/College Station Home Builders Association, as well as church organizations, and other community projects. He and his wife Cheryl have six children. Randy loves spending time with his grandchildren, riding his bike, and traveling.

Emily Runnion's Bio
Emily Runnion joined Team Stylecraft in June of 2011 as a CAD Operator. She was officially promoted to the role of Preconstruction Manager in July of 2013 and then re-titled to Vice President of Preconstruction in 2014. Emily oversees all plan, permitting, estimating and purchasing related activities for all of the areas Stylecraft builds in. Emily earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M and then later a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston. She has been very involved with Stylecraft’s Lean Building initiative and Trade Council. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband, Daniel, and their two sons.

Brandon Maness's Bio
Brandon Maness started working for Stylecraft in 2009 as an Assistant Superintendent. After taking a short break to work for the Union Pacific Railroad, he came back to Stylecraft as the Area Construction Manager in 2014. Promoted to Regional Construction Manager in October of 2018, and then to Vice President of Operations in early 2021, he oversees construction across all of Stylecraft. Brandon received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and has been involved in the home building industry for several years. In addition to his work at Stylecraft, Brandon is also actively involved in his church. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Shauna, and their two children, as well as spending time in the great outdoors.
Evan Harris's Bio
Evan Harris came to Stylecraft in August 2013, beginning his career in the Warranty Department as an Administrator. After transitioning his career to construction, he has continued to excel and provide tremendous value to the organization. In 2021, Evan was named Regional Construction Manager for our Southern Texas Division. His construction experience started with a mid-scale commercial general contractor in 2010 and has grown from there. Evan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Texas A&M, and a Master’s in Construction Engineering Management from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. In his free time, Evan loves being outside whether it’s hunting, fishing, flying, or riding horses and most importantly, spending time with his wife and son.
John Christopher's Bio
John Christopher became Stylecraft's Area Construction Manager for the Central Texas Division in 2012. He was promoted to Regional Construction Manager in October of 2017, as the Central Texas Division continued to flourish under his leadership. His background in construction, including a degree in Construction Science from Sam Houston State University, involvement in the Home Builders Association, and 10 years' experience with a reputable national home builder has enabled John to become an effective manager. John currently oversees superintendents in the Central Texas area as well as other vital aspects of the construction process. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Leslie, and their three children, doing yard work, fishing, and golfing. John's extreme attention to detail and desire for excellence help hold our Central Texas Division to the highest of standards.

Beth Russell's Bio
Beth Russell joined Team Stylecraft in August 2016 as a Sales Executive. She was officially promoted to the role of Marketing Manager in September of 2017, and then to Director of Marketing in November of 2018. In 2020, Beth was named in Pro Builder Magazine's Forty Under 40 class. Beth earned a Bachelor's Degree in Family Science from the University of Maryland and came to us after moving across the United States several times due to her husband's active duty military career. She is actively involved in the Family Readiness Group and with veteran and military family centered charities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, their daughter and son, their two dogs, and introducing Chesapeake flavors into our Texas hearts.
Guillermo Guzman's Bio
Guillermo Guzman joined the Team Stylecraft in January of 2018 as a Sales Executive in the Bryan/College Station area. He brings a wealth of experience in both Sales and Customer Service. In 2019, he was awarded our Customer Service Excellence Award, and in December of 2020, Guillermo was promoted to Regional Manager of the North Houston area. He brings a passion of helping families and serving others to his new position. Native to Bryan/College Station, Guillermo is currently attending Sam Houston Bearkat to receive a degree in Construction Science. In his free time, he loves to go on outdoors adventures with his wife and dog.
Jasmin Saucedo's Bio
Jasmin Saucedo began working with Stylecraft in October of 2015 as a Sales Assistant and was quickly promoted to Sales Executive in April of 2016. After selling from multiple communities and expanding her experience as a Realtor, she assumed the role of Regional Sales Manager for Central Texas in 2020. Jasmin oversees sales in Copperas Cove, Killeen, Harker Heights, Belton, and Temple. Her passion to succeed and dedication to both her team and their homeowners are what make her stand out. Born and raised here in Texas, and couldn’t be more proud of her roots! When Jasmin isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her Fiancé Donovan, and their daughter, surrounded by their closest friends and family.
Jessi Kelly's Bio
Jessi Kelly came onboard with Stylecraft in March 2013 as a Sales Assistant and was quickly promoted to Sales Executive in September of 2013. In December 2015 Jessi was promoted to Regional Sales Manager of Stylecraft's Central Texas Division. After her region thrived under her leadership, Jessi was promoted to VP of Sales and Marketing in December of 2017. Jessi has lived in the Waco area since 2006 and loves the city's central location and the hub of activity that is in Central Texas. In addition to her position here at Stylecraft, Jessi is a national affiliate member of the Texas Women's Council of Realtors. People that know Jessi would say she has an incredible work ethic and is passionate about her job. When Jessi isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, TK Kelly, their daughter, and her family and friends.
Laura Sterr's Bio
Laura Sterr joined Stylecraft in November 2014 as a Sales Assistant and was quickly promoted to Sales Executive in April of 2015 where she sold in all of our Waco area communities before moving up to Regional Sales Manager for Central Texas in February of 2018. Laura oversees sales in all of Waco. Although born on the east coast, Laura has lived in the Waco area since 2001 (with the exception of a 2-year stay in southern California during her husband's military service) and is enjoying watching all the new and exciting growth of our Central Texas area. In addition to her position here at Stylecraft, Laura has served on the Bellmead Chamber of Commerce as well as donating her time to the Humane Society of Central Texas as a foster (pet) parent. When Laura isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dustin, their two daughters, and their three dogs.
Rodrigo Segnini's Bio
Rodrigo Segnini joined Team Stylecraft in November 2019 as a Regional Sales Manager. Rodrigo oversees sales in College Station, Bryan, Navasota, and Caldwell. Rodrigo brings to Stylecraft several years of experience in Auto Sales and Agricultural Management. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Business Degree in Animal Science and Agriculture, and of the Shanghai International Studies University with a degree in International Sales. Originally from Venezuela, Rodrigo currently lives in Caldwell, where he is involved in the 4H and FFA livestock judging team for Burleson County. In his free time, Rodrigo enjoys spending time with his wife Mary and their three kids on their ranch, horseback riding, fishing, and watching his children participate in dance, sports, and 4H/FFA competitions.
Stephen Grove's Bio
Stephen Grove was named Development & Acquisition Manager for Stylecraft in 2018. He and his team are responsible for all of Stylecraft’s land assets. He works closely with a host of both internal and external parties in order to ensure Stylecraft has the land inventory available to continue to provide a quality product for years to come. He oversees the acquisition, entitlement, design and development processes of all of Stylecraft’s properties. Stephen received both his Master’s and Undergraduate degrees from Texas A&M, and brings experience in both project management and construction. When not working, Stephen enjoys new adventures in traveling with his wife Brianne, and two children. He is an avid outdoors man who enjoys teaching his children about everything from hiking to hunting. He is integrally involved in his church community and enjoys teaching classes and participating in community service projects with his friends and family.

Rick Carilo's Bio
Richard Carilo relocated to Texas in 2016 to join Stylecraft as our Director of Warranty and Quality Assurance. Rick has devoted the last 30 years of his career to the homebuilding industry focused on warranty and customer satisfaction. He has brought a new perspective to the Stylecraft vision of what the Warranty Department should be, and we are confident that this will benefit our Homeowners now and into the future as well. Richard has been married to his wife, Lillian, for 28 years. Together they share three children and two dogs. In his time away from work he enjoys fishing, working in his shop and has won multiple awards for his exterior illumination at Christmas time.
