Scope Of Work
Revitalizing a celebrated community grocery store with modern infrastructure and improved amenities.
This LEED Gold project replaced the 57-year-old market’s outdated systems and conveniently located all departments on one level. The occupied renovation included an additional 10,000 sf elevated sales floor, lower-level office space, a reconfigured 30,000 sf sales floor, new exterior envelope and storefront.
