Scope Of Work
The Northern Regional Library Facility Phase 4 project is part of the Richmond Bay Campus Long Range Development Plan and includes adding a forth storage wing to the existing facility. The new 26,610 s.f. wing will serve as a repository of information and artifacts organized in 16 rows of 30 foot tall shelves for the entire UC system. There will also be space allocated for staff who carry out program activities.
