Scope Of Work
Knoebel Construction has completed work on two Fresh Thyme stores in the St. Louis area. The construction projects consisted of precast concrete and custom interior finishes and was completed within a condensed schedule. The developer was InSite Real Estate.
Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Markets combine the spirit of a weekend farmers market with the convenience of a neighborhood store and the offerings of a natural food and health retailer. The store features an extensive bulk food section with more than 400 bins of items and 25 percent of the store’s floor space is dedicated to fresh produce
