Scope Of Work
Knoebel Construction was selected to build several new retail stores at Indio Towne Center in Indio, California. The 560,000-square-foot shopping center, located off the heavily trafficked I-10 freeway in Southern California, is the largest in the region, serving the east end of the Coachella Valley.
Knoebel converted and expanded an existing retail space to construct a new, 40,000-square-foot Burlington location. A 21,000-square-foot Marshalls, ULTA Beauty and Five Below are all ground-up construction.
