Joseph Eaton created Eaton Contracting in 1989 and has been its Owner, Partner, Manager, and Quality Control ever since. He is responsible for the overall management of all key operations of this $30 million company. He participates in marketing and procurement functions to include oversight of estimating, pricing and preparing bid proposals for private, city, state, and federal and medical contracts. He also acts as the liaison between Superintendents, Accounting and Owners to ensure successful completions of projects.
Joe coordinates all in-house field labor to ensure effective time management and project cost enhancements. He manages, from procurement to completion, the construction of medical office, commercial buildings, hotels, historical renovations, and schools while participating in the decision process for the ultimate selection of subcontractors and material suppliers for all company projects.
He enjoys mentoring his employees in order for them to realize their full potential through overseeing and motivating the management and staff.
